Claudia was amazing to work with, she helped me so much! She knows the products and we saved so much time. Such a great experience compared to visiting a big box store. The floors we picked, both tile and wood are beautiful and the price was very fair. I’ll be back.

I am SO happy I chose Big Bobs Flooring-! I went to Home Depot and had a horrible experience just trying to schedule an appointment. At Big Bobs, they treated me like an individual who mattered. I spoke to a Claudia, and we scheduled a home visit to do measurements for one small bedroom. She made an appointment immediately, and there was no charge for the visit. She was amazing from beginning to end. I liked her so much we decided to do two rooms instead of one. The communication was outstanding and the process was extremely fast. Prices were excellent and n there were no hidden fees. The two guys who installed our flooring were fantastic. Incredibly professional and extremely helpful with all my requests and concerns. I am so incredibly happy with my new flooring I would recommend them to everyone

I highly recommend Big Bobs flooring. The process of the whole thing was great from beginning to end. Claudia came to my house and showed me options to choose from and measured my home. She was great! We ended up going with a tile install and it couldn’t have went better. From Claudia’s help throughout the process to the installers. Everyone was professional and courteous. They did a great job!

Big Bobs did a great job for me. Claudia and Chris were nice to work with, nice selection of wood flooring, they were able to meet my schedule which was pretty quick. The installer, Louis, did a beautiful job. I love my new Kahrs wood flooring!

We shopped around for a while for carpet and ended up going to Bob's because Claudia was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend going to check them out if you're looking for new flooring.

We heard about Big Bobs from some friends redoing their floors and we’re thrilled with the work they did replacing the floors in the kitchen and living room that 4 years later we came back to Chris at Big Bobs to replace the carpet in our bedrooms with the same flooring. Chris is particularly excellent and provides amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

I had a damaged piece of carpet on my stairs. I was hoping to just fix this small area and Chris was able to schedule an appointment next day. After driving myself crazy I was convinced I’d have to replace the entire set of stairs and probably the second floor so it would match. My tech Paul (who called to say he was on his way, and on time) went over everything and fixed it. He even cleaned up. They could have easily upsold me and didn’t. Great experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
